Always a professional experience!

I came in for a melanoma excision by Dr. Sheehan, and, once again, she put me at ease and thoroughly explained the procedure in advance. Lizzie was a great help and also helped put me at ease throughout the visit. Trinity was efficient, and confirmed that I was good to go for the appointment. Little-to-no wait in the waiting room, once again, a great experience at Derick Dermnatology!

All in all the experience was good. However, it was made very clear to call the prescription to a local drugstore. We went over the phone number a few times and made it very clear. This is the place we wanted it sent to. As it turned out, it was sent to our mail service. I understand. Mistakes happen. However, in the future, this should not happen. I hope they improve upon this. I
