Check in staff and the med assistant were great incl follow up. I've come to this office for years. This was our 1st time seeing Dr. Kobierska. She was awful. Her feedback/comms were unclear. Her plan directions changed 3 times. No answers. Primary visit reason I was addressed rudely, dismissed and her attitude was beyond reproach. She wasted my time and money for my poor daughter. Never again.

I love Dr Liu. I’ve been her patients for years and followed her from her previous practice. She is very compassionate and caring. Very precise with her skin exams which exactly what I need. Derick Dermatology is very clean and spacious. Staff are very professional and friendly. Overall great experience!

My children were lucky enough to be scheduled with PA-C Hanna Sutton and the medical assistant Kristina. Both were professional. Great bed side manner! Hanna PA-C thoroughly explained the best treatment options, all while making it a fun experience at the dermatologist. They worked especially well my child who has special needs. Our appointment even included a fun magic trick! Highly recommend!

What's not to like?

Everyone was friendly and helpful and put me at ease. The office was clean and well organized. I would highly recommend this office.

The only problem I had was that the doors to the building and offices did not have buttons for easy access for people with walkers and wheelchairs.

The team was super helpful and professional. It's always a pleasant experience.

I felt like the provider was rushing through my appointment just to get on to her next patient. She did not take the time to explain the treatment process and just jumped right in before asking if I had any questions. When I limped out of the room, the medical assistant walked 15 feet ahead of me and continued talking instructions at me without even noticing that I had fallen behind.

I saw Hanna Levi for a rash . She was efficient and knowledgeable . She diagnosed and prescribed medication. I felt better after the first dose . I will definitely see Hannah again I was extremely pleased with her care . And I liked her !!
