The medical assistant Precious and physician assistant Erica made this experience so positive for me. My skin concerns have had a devastating impact on my confidence, and I went into the appointment very nervous and even a little ashamed. The ladies who took care of me went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, at ease, and I left with hope.

The staff is very friendly and work very quickly to get checked in and be seen by the staff. Had a little billing hiccup and the staff at the counter called and resolved my issue very timely.

From the first contact when entering the office, all was pleasant and professional. Cassidy greeted my husband and I quickly. Eye Contact could have been better, but I know she needed to see the screen for verification. Jazmin was professional and welcoming and a had a warm personality. Dr. Jessica was efficient, professional and conversational, which I enjoy when I visit a healthcare office.
