From the receptionist to the doctor, everyone was pleasant, patient, efficient,knowledgeable. It was a great experience. Everyone made feel comfortable and welcomed. Everything was explained in detail so I knew what to expect from the procedure to the price.
Good experience, I was seen at the end of the day on a Friday, they were on time and on schedule, pleasant and professional. All things considered it was ok.
Dr. Simon was wonderful. I went in for an annual skin check and I was dealing with a poison ivy rash. She took her time and listened to my concerns, and prescribed the medication needed to reduce the rash reaction right before going on vacation.

I had the best experience with my Care Team at Derick Dermatology in Libertyville. Jasmin made me so comefortable at the start and inbetween surgery. Rebecca always checked in making sure everything was readily available. I can't say enough about Dr. Sheehan. She has the best personality and made me feel at east throughout the surgery and answered every question. Thanks Team!!

Had a wonderful experience at the libertyville Derick Dermatology office! Everyone was so kind and very thorough at explaining the procedure that I had done. They were bubbly, friendly and I could hear them laughing in the hall which put me at ease. It was a little scary for me as it was my first time getting a MOHS surgery but they put me at ease. I also loved the waiting area with snacks!
