I’ve been to several dermatologists throughout the years. This is the first time I felt seen and heard. Everyone was very nice and professional. Elyse and Hanna made me feel comfortable and actually listened to all my concerns. Hanna was thorough and Explained everything she was doing. I trusted her clinical judgment immediately. By far my best experience with dermatology. Thank you!

The pharmacist there is very rude. I couldn't see her behind the sample products and asked if she received our order.. she responded very snotty and said YES very loud and very rude said "you guys can sit down now" also, the wait time to be seen is extremely long here

Efficient, clean, and on time

This was my first time at a dermatologist. Everyone I came in contact with was super friendly and the nurse practitioner and medical assistance were very attentive and gave me a lot of good information. The office is incredibly clean and quite beautiful.

I’ve had skin tags cut off in the past and didn’t feel it or have any marks. Not sure if I just got lucky, but this time there was an amount of pain. Also, the Dr came in and decided which skin tags we were going to cut off, but then exited and had the nurse practitioner do the removal. Cut off some of wrong skin tags, had to reset to get was agreed on. Were nice, but charged 4 mistake.

Everyone I worked with in the practice was very kind and friendly. They were running behind schedule so Myrriah and I had a nice conversation while I waited. Abigail was training a new medical assistant, and they were both thorough and lovely getting me ready for my visit. This was my first full skin exam, Paige explained everything as she went along through the exam. Had a great first visit.

Very pleasant and thorough and understood my concern. Thankfully all is well.

The team from the front desk forward were all helpful and answered all of the questions we had. They explained options of care in a detailed way that was easy to understand. We appreciated the list of options for over the counter care that can assist in treatment of acne.
