I recently had an unusual sore on my forehead and called the Derick Dermatology office to see if Katherine would be able to see me, and I given an appointment and was in the office a few hours later. This was my first time receiving VBeam treatment, and Hailey was awesome! She explained everything and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. Since this was my first time, I was a little unsure of what to expect. However, she immediately put my mind at ease and made the entire experience a great one. When I filled out the Pre-Check In docs. My secondary Insurance (BCBS) was listed as the Primary and there was no record of Medicare being my primary which seems strange being as this was my third visit. So were the invoices I’ve paid out of pocket been applied correctly or am I entitled to a refund against the procedures?

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Sheehan and her medical assistant, Jasmine. On June 10, Dr. Sheehan performed Mohs surgery on my left ear, and from start to finish the experience was exceptional. I highly recommend Dr. Sheehan!
