I appreciate the patient-centered approach, the team's welcome, and Dr.Johnson's thoroughness.
Ivy is obnoxious and incompetent. Because of her I do not care to go to the Burr Ridge location anymore. Your Medical Assistant was supposed to send me information and never did. Kendall was very professional and nice. My overall experience at Derick Dermatology in Burr Ridge could have been better. I will not return to this location.

Once again, a very beneficial visit was had at Derick Dermatology in Burr Ridge with Dr. Andrew Johnson and his staff.
Though greatly satisfied with Dr. Johnson, the front desk/receptionist, IVY, was very unsatisfactory. A simple request to contact my doctor (by any means) soon after my visit was unprofessionally denied. I was told I had to make another appointment to ask my doctor a question. Calling Derick's main office to express this concern, I was told this should not have happened. But it did.
The provider never looked at my incision. Eva took sutures out said looked gray and took photo of it.... she was great front desk great. I saw provider for 10 seconds she said nothing about my incision nor did she look at it. I think she should've looked at it in person instead of a photo.
All did a great job and the VA is paying for it

Every visit I pay to Dr. Johnson is the same as the previous: Friendly, professional, comprehensive and prompt. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, and Dr. Johnson takes his time to explain if you have any questions. The visit was quick, but not rushed at all. It's a great crew and quite a nice office environment too!

Derrick Dermatology and Sophia Chem are great Conveniently located and on site pharmacy make it easy for my daughter to get her accutane medicartion immediately after her appointments. Switching to Derrick Dermatology was a great decision. Highly recommend them.
