Outstanding from beginning to end. Lots of reminders off appointment. Quick and easy checkin. On time appointment with professional, but friendly, keeping us informed throughout the exam. I can't think of any way could be better.

I have been trying to get my daughter, Eliri into a dermatologist, since May 2025. I called so many times and everyone I spoke to was simply amazing and I finally got a appointment for Eliri the first week of September. I drove from over an 1hr away and everyone I spoke with was nice and welcoming. We finally have an answer and the right medication and I can not thank you guys enough for everythin

Very friendly and welcoming, made sure I was comfortable while performing professionally and feeling comfortable about how it went.

Since I did the pre-check in, it only took a minute to check at the front desk with Janet. Jacqueline came in a timely manner to call me back to a room. As always, Jenny was very thorough during my skin check. She answered my questions so that I understood. Jenny, Jacqueline and Janet were all very pleasant.

I love Derick Dermatology! From the front check-in to my care team, everyone is professional and friendly. I never feel rushed and all my questions get answered. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with the medical team at my dermatology appointment yesterday. Everyone was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable. I wanted to give a special shout-out to Ian, the medical assistant who cared for me. While waiting to be discharged, I received some very upsetting family news. He noticed I was struggling, gave me a hug, and offered such kind and encouraging words

Everyone from the 2 ladies who checked me in to the PA who examined me was very nice & courteous. I got in surprisingly quick this time; my last 2 experiences here I waited in the waiting room at least a half hour if not more. I was 5 minutes late & I called at least an hour before my appointment saying I would be 5 minutes late & the person was not aware of their 10 minute grace period.

it is always a very positive experience when I go to Derick & I just love 😘 Lucy.
