Fast chEck-in, short wait, Was treated in a very timely manner.

Everyone was so nice and helpful from the front desk, physician and medical assistant and at the pharmacy desk.

They were lovely. When you go to a Drs. office, so many times they sit you down and ask a barrage questions without explanation. Not Riann, she was personable, friendly and we talk through the procedure. She was very calming.

As always----super professional and super caring. I am in my after surgery mode and am following all the rules of the road. I am taking my meds and doing what I was instructed to do by Tracy and finally--Melanie.I will be returning on 8/24 to McHenry for stitch removal. AGAIN---thanks to all!!

Very satisfied. Iam just beginning treatment, but all of my interaction has been very positive and friendly. The exam and evaluation was thorough and complete. Details were explained in an understandable manner and questions were answered in an understandable way always seeking to verify my understanding of all information presented to me. Everyone was polite, and considerate.

I really do appreciate your ongoing professionalism, service and dedication to patient care. Riann and Ian put me at ease by their friendliness and kindness. Katherine's kind words about how far I've come truly meant a lot to me. I wasn't expecting that acknowledgment, and it gave me such a boost. Most people at the Elgin location rush me too much and it makes me annoyed and nervous as if they don't want to work there and be over with me. Most of the workers here aren't friendly.
