I have used Elena for my last several Microneendling and I love her! I won’t trust anyone else at this point. She’s knowledgeable, kind and always attentive.
Daliyah was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and really set the tone for the rest of the visit. She was great at listening to the info and taking notes. (The previous time it was a different medical assistant and she was rude) Dr. Fahey was incredible and such a kind doctor and had all the answers and always made sure I understood everything. Probably the best doc I have. And I see a few.

The ladies who work there are great but I find it highly ridiculous that I waited about 1 hour to be seen. I watched people come and go in the waiting room and I was the only one left. You expect me to be on time for my appointment, I expect you to be on time as well. I have young kids and a life… I can’t just waste my time like that. Do better.
Friendly, yet very professional. Nicholas did not press the issue when I could not answer some of his questions. PA Murohy explained each procedure, ND I felt very little pain. Her care instructions were very thorough.

Check-in: very cordial and quick. Chloe: Professional. Asked detailed questions to assess the medical situation. Also very nice. Dr. Johnson: Excellent. Complete explanation of what the exact medical issue was and detailed explanations of available treatment options. With his help I (we) decided on an Excision with Dr. Park.
