Everyone is very professional and efficient. The clinic is spotless. Erica listens, answers questions, and explains treatments thoroughly.
The provider was professional and thorough. However, incorrect medication instructions were entered into both the visit summary and prescriptions, resulting in confusion about my son's treatment plan. I also found the communication from the medical assistant less professional than during previous visits. I appreciate that the office is now working to resolve the issue.

I hadn’t been to a dermatologist since my teenage acne years. I was so impressed with the facilities, the demeanor of the front desk team, and the bedside manner of the PA. She was quick, knowledgeable and let me ask questions along the way. When she took a few samples, she let me know what she was doing and why she was doing it and that eased my fears completely. Everyone was wonderful.
