The exam was very quick and since I wasn't able to take notes at the same time I have zero clue what the answers to my questions were. That said, everyone did their jobs and was pleasant.

From appointment setup to seeing Ellen the PA-C along with her assistants I couldn’t be happier! They were very thorough in my diagnosis and explained the process of my treatment and walked out with a plan. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Ellen even called and followed up the following day to remind me of a couple things and check in. Hard to find places like this!

Monica Colletti is amazing. Very thorough skin check and informative on how we get changes and what to look out for. Very positive experience and top knowledge. Cayla was great assistant and Maria fantastic at check in. I highly recommend.

First class facility. I arrived a bit early and was able to see the PA almost immediately. Everyone was professional and pleasant. Could not have been a better experience.

The most terrible experience I ever had with a healthcare provider, they told me a price range over the phone, and at the end of the visit they charge me more, and not just that, the medical assistant threatened me that if I don’t pay right there they are going to bill me and by the next day is going to be doble. Sophia is awesome, so kind and comfortable to work with. Cayla was also very friendly, even with my two children with me during my annual check.

The entire team was great. I would only say that, not all clients are going to be as forward and ready for things as I. As such, Ellen would definitely benefit from taking more time explaining things in greater detail and perhaps breathe while she does it. I appreciated it, but could definitely see how someone not as prepared could percieve her as being "too quick to rush through things."

It's always a pleasant experience at Derrick Dermatology and I feel like I'm in good hands. The staff is friendly and professional and my doctor always puts me at ease.

Overall, I’ve had a great experience with this office. The entire staff has been kind and attentive, except for Brianna. I’ve had two negative interactions with her. She avoids eye contact, seems annoyed, and speaks in a rude, impatient tone. When I asked questions about my insurance and billing, I felt like I was inconveniencing her. I hope this feedback helps because everyone else is wonderful

Awesome team and very thorough!

The staff in this office, beginning with the receptionist, Yulissa, the medical assistant , Caitlyn, all the way to the P. A., Ellen, were a breath of fresh air! All were welcoming, friendly and professional. I usually do not enjoy going to a medical office but these ladies helped to make it a non threatening visit! Thank you!
