Our appointment was 8:10 am. We were not taken to the exam room until 8:55. This is totally unacceptable. The same thing happened at the Westshore office a month ago when we had a 7:30am appointment and did not leave until after 9am. Yesterday in Riverview I was told they were short staffed. This is NOT my problem. You are either running a practice or you aren’t.
