My care team was great. Very friendly. Everything was explained in detail. I felt very comfortable and the office was absolutely beautiful.

I appreciate the staff listening to my concerns, capably addressing problems, performing diagnostic procedures trying to find appropriate solutions to skins deviations. This is all accomplished without rushing, and with compassion. COuldn't be better!

Front desk informed me after waiting for 20 min that computer system had an issue and would not be able see me ? Issues happen must find a work around not just send people home ? After waiting for aprox 40 mins I was able to see Monica for an infection that was from a biopsy

Overall the experience was good but I showed up early and didn't get in until 20 minutes after my appointment time. I think alerting a waiting patient that you're behind goes a long way.

Very little wait time and thorough body scan. Dr.Simonn listened to and took care of my concers
