The entire team was exceptional! I wish I could say the same for your patient portal and your registration process. They are repetitive and not user friendly.

Abigail was extremely thorough, answered all questions I had, and was so kind. Jaiyana was super sweet and welcoming. Jasmine was welcoming and took her time to answer questions I had upon arrival and anything insurance related. Highly recommend this team of ladies!

Terrible service with this one. Not all dermatologists at Derick are good, but this one especially did not seem to care at all. As soon as she made up her mind, she appeared to stop listening. Most of the time I was interrupted before I could finish.

As previous visits, everyone was pleasant, felt listened to, well taken care of. Everything was on time, and efficient.

Beautiful office with friendly staff. My medical assistant explained everything thoroughly from start to finish, and was amazingly caring and gentle with my bandaging. She also went over home wound care instructions and answered any questions. Would recommend

April was very helpful with questions i had about my moles, and describing the terminology in a understandable way.

I have been seeing Dr. Rommel and Kelly for many years now and they are the BEST! Have always found and taken care of the many precancerous cells I have unfortunately accumulated from all the very old and past sunburns I did to myself without knowing any better.Thanks Dr. Rommel and Kelly. By the way I know better now!
