Terrific, knowledgeable staff!

Kimberly and Sonia were very engaged and helpful during my recent visit. They answered questions and provided recommendations wrt all the conditions we discussed. Both were informative, pleasant, and demonstrated expertise. This kind of experience is why I continue to seek care at Derick.

I really like this office and the practitioners I had seen. You never feel rushed, they really take their time and are thorough and it is an added bonus to be able to pickup prescriptions at their in-house pharmacy!

Physician Assistant Maureen Castaldi provides excellent dermatological medical services and engages with her patients in a very caring and extremely pleasant dialogue. Medical Assistant Hannah is very efficient and a friendly member of the Medical Staff. Rebecca greets patients with a courteous welcome.

Very professional. Hannah described everything she was doing in detail. She asked me if I had any questions or concerns. There are a couple of issues that I would like to request further treatment on, but my visit was primarily an annual wellness check.

The office is clean, providers are friendly, efficient and thorough.

Fast, no wait. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. The PA named Jennifer was very knowledgeable, my cousin referred her to me, and I’m glad she did. I will also refer her to my family and friends.

The check-in process was quick. I was taken back to an exam room before y scheduled appointment, that was wonderful. Maureen is great to work with and spent time with me answering questions and providing a plan for this issue. Samira was friendly and efficient. All around an excellent experience.

From the moment walked into the office I felt comfortable and was treated with professionalism and kindness. Once I was told what my treatment options were , the Dr and her assistant very calmly kept me from being too anxious. I walked out with no pain and handled the treatment well.

This team is very professional. Greeting at the desk is friendly. Office is very clean. The MA was very competent and friendly and helpful. This PA is knowledgeable and very communicative. Excellent care. I would recommend this team to everyone.

I appreciate the staff listening to my concerns, capably addressing problems, performing diagnostic procedures trying to find appropriate solutions to skins deviations. This is all accomplished without rushing, and with compassion. COuldn't be better!

My visit on Friday 7/10/26 was very positive. I was seen at my appointed time. Talar the Medical Assistant was friendly and helpful and Maureen was knowledgeable and asked appropriate questions and recommended a treatment plan.

Overall experience is wonderful. I have been going here for over 20 years with my family. You won’t be disappointed.

Each time I visit Derick Dermatology the precheck process through the post check follow up is completely professional and complete. My PA and her assistant were fantastic, knowledgeable and friendly. Maureen and Devnanda are a great team!
