Great office. Excellent staff.

I felt seen and heard from the moment I stepped into the office. My fears were taken away by the PA and medical assistant. As nervous as I was , I ended up laughing and completely comfortable. I appreciated the help their pharmacy was able to give me as well.

I absolutely love the staff at Derick Dermatology. Wonderful bedside manner and extremely informative. Treatment feels personal, because you are actually treated like a person and not just a number. Pretty rare in medical settings these days.

Jennifer, the physician assistant, is great. She takes her time, listens to all my concerns, and answers all my questions.

They each made an accommodation when they spoke so I could understand what was being said.

I went there because I have Shingles on my eyelid, and all the surrounding area. I’m not going into details about the appt. Let’s just say that Ms Murphy wrote me a prescription for Mupirocin Ointment for Shingles. Sadly, this drug does not work on Shingles

As before, I was taken in for my appointment early, Dr. Maureen came promptly there after(Might I add, Dr. Maureen is always dressed immaculately,she is neat and nothing is out of place,she is quite special) actually the whole office is something to see....very professional and a very pleasant place to go!!!

Kimberly and Sonia were very engaged and helpful during my recent visit. They answered questions and provided recommendations wrt all the conditions we discussed. Both were informative, pleasant, and demonstrated expertise. This kind of experience is why I continue to seek care at Derick.

I really like this office and the practitioners I had seen. You never feel rushed, they really take their time and are thorough and it is an added bonus to be able to pickup prescriptions at their in-house pharmacy!

Physician Assistant Maureen Castaldi provides excellent dermatological medical services and engages with her patients in a very caring and extremely pleasant dialogue. Medical Assistant Hannah is very efficient and a friendly member of the Medical Staff. Rebecca greets patients with a courteous welcome.

Very professional. Hannah described everything she was doing in detail. She asked me if I had any questions or concerns. There are a couple of issues that I would like to request further treatment on, but my visit was primarily an annual wellness check.

The office is clean, providers are friendly, efficient and thorough.

everyone was great, from check in by Rebecca, to taking me back to the exam room by Sonia to the actual evaluation by Hanna, thanks Derick, another awesome experience.

Fast, no wait. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. The PA named Jennifer was very knowledgeable, my cousin referred her to me, and I’m glad she did. I will also refer her to my family and friends.
