Checked in at 11:20 for 11:30 appointment. At noon I asked why I had not been seen yet. They stated the computer said I was not there???????????
Everybody is super nice and friendly. They know what they’re talking about. They give details on everything and they’re very respectful. I highly recommend this place to anybody for anything.
Loved everything about coming here! Everyone has been so amazing and helpful, me and my brother went to other dermatologists for our issues and not only did the prescriptions not work, but they couldn’t even figure out our issues for YEARS. I decided to come here and Dr. Castaldi told us day 1 what was wrong and her prescriptions worked within days. Look forward to coming back!

I had an outstanding experience at Derrick Dermatology from check-in through my visit with Dr. Jennifer Henley. The staff was welcoming and professional, and check-in was quick and seamless. Dr. Henley was knowledgeable about my skin type and made me comfortable discussing concerns. She explained her assessment clearly, listened carefully, and offered thoughtful at-home skincare recommendations.

I had a very good experience with Derick Dermatology and definitely recommend them. The check in process was simple and fast, they were on time with my appointment, made me comfortable by explaining every step of the process, answered all my questions, and prepared me for the post appointment steps I needed to take.

Front desk informed me after waiting for 20 min that computer system had an issue and would not be able see me ? Issues happen must find a work around not just send people home ? After waiting for aprox 40 mins I was able to see Monica for an infection that was from a biopsy
Overall the experience was good but I showed up early and didn't get in until 20 minutes after my appointment time. I think alerting a waiting patient that you're behind goes a long way.
