It's always a pleasant experience at Derrick Dermatology and I feel like I'm in good hands. The staff is friendly and professional and my doctor always puts me at ease.
Overall, I’ve had a great experience with this office. The entire staff has been kind and attentive, except for Brianna. I’ve had two negative interactions with her. She avoids eye contact, seems annoyed, and speaks in a rude, impatient tone. When I asked questions about my insurance and billing, I felt like I was inconveniencing her. I hope this feedback helps because everyone else is wonderful

The staff in this office, beginning with the receptionist, Yulissa, the medical assistant , Caitlyn, all the way to the P. A., Ellen, were a breath of fresh air! All were welcoming, friendly and professional. I usually do not enjoy going to a medical office but these ladies helped to make it a non threatening visit! Thank you!

Love being able to see the provider, get labs done, and pick up meds all at the same time. So convenient! Evelyn has been our MA for many months and she is very sweet and great with blood draws. Ms. Colletti is a wonderful PA and has a lot of knowledge about my son's condition.

My first time here was great! I felt welcomed, and seen and heard when it came to my issue. The treatment that Dr. Colletti prescribed had me seeing results by the second day! The on site pharmacy is super convenient too! So thankful I found this place. Great staff top to bottom!
It was my first derm appointment ever at 37. The office was pristine and clean, and the staff was friendly and explained everything. Sophia was knowledgeable and made me feel extremely comfortable. I left with my RX same day and was able to easily schedule follow ups that fit my schedule.
