Plainfield IL Derick Dermatology is exceptional in every way; their people are the most knowledgeable and pleasant to work with, the facilities are spotless and the results (every time) are perfect. They are spectacular and one of the very best medical services I've ever had the privilege of using.

Sophia is awesome, so kind and comfortable to work with. Cayla was also very friendly, even with my two children with me during my annual check.
The entire team was great. I would only say that, not all clients are going to be as forward and ready for things as I. As such, Ellen would definitely benefit from taking more time explaining things in greater detail and perhaps breathe while she does it. I appreciated it, but could definitely see how someone not as prepared could percieve her as being "too quick to rush through things."

It's always a pleasant experience at Derrick Dermatology and I feel like I'm in good hands. The staff is friendly and professional and my doctor always puts me at ease.
Overall, I’ve had a great experience with this office. The entire staff has been kind and attentive, except for Brianna. I’ve had two negative interactions with her. She avoids eye contact, seems annoyed, and speaks in a rude, impatient tone. When I asked questions about my insurance and billing, I felt like I was inconveniencing her. I hope this feedback helps because everyone else is wonderful

The staff in this office, beginning with the receptionist, Yulissa, the medical assistant , Caitlyn, all the way to the P. A., Ellen, were a breath of fresh air! All were welcoming, friendly and professional. I usually do not enjoy going to a medical office but these ladies helped to make it a non threatening visit! Thank you!

Love being able to see the provider, get labs done, and pick up meds all at the same time. So convenient! Evelyn has been our MA for many months and she is very sweet and great with blood draws. Ms. Colletti is a wonderful PA and has a lot of knowledge about my son's condition.
