Terrible service with this one. Not all dermatologists at Derick are good, but this one especially did not seem to care at all. As soon as she made up her mind, she appeared to stop listening. Most of the time I was interrupted before I could finish.

Great experience from start to finish! Check-in: The process was incredibly quick and welcoming. Medical Assistant: Very friendly and put me right at ease. Doctor: Extremely attentive, patient, and helpful. Highly recommend this office for anyone looking for excellent and professional care!

I told Meghan who now I see is a physician’s assistant not put liquid nitrogen on my nose as one of the possibilities of the treatment is scarring. She had the can in her hand and said this could be precancerous and went ahead although I said no. It looks as though it is scarring one week later. I had seen a physician previously at Derick who did a cut and biopsy. It did not scar.

Emily was very warm and friendly at check in. Maddy and Dr. Liu were both very kind and thorough

As usual, the office personnel were helpful and pleasant and the medical personnel were skilled, informative, and pleasant - even funny!

I had to wait close to an hour to see the doctor. This was my first time meeting the doctor, and I found her to a bit condescending. I am going to go back to my other dermatologist.

It was my mistake not telling my doctor I was on blood thinners for quite some time, so when my doctor took some sample from my ear for biopsy, I had experienced massive bleeding from my ear about 5 hours later. It took me about a few hours to stop the bleeding.I will not forget about being on blood thinners next time I will have to have abiopsy

Dr. Liu was much more thorough doing a skin check than my visit with a different doctor at the same location two years ago. She checked everywhere! I would highly recommend her for anyone wanting a very thorough skin check.

Dr. Sara Lopez is excellent. She listened to all my questions, clearly explained the treatment options, and handled my issue with great care and skill. I really appreciate a dermatologist who combines high-level expertise with such a compassionate bedside manner. I couldn’t be happier selecting one of the best dermatologist in the area. In addition her assistant, Elana was very helpful as well.

I am very sutisfied with the entire team, everyone was very nice and ⁷ attentive to my matter. I had an exem and all my questions had bene answer by the Dr Liu answered to all my Iquestions and povide me with the recommendations. I also very happy with the work hours of the office,-it allows me to have my medical appointments after my work hours! Thanks to the team and Dr. Liu personally!
