While I felt I received great care, the wait time was unacceptable. I waited 40 minutes beyond my appointment time in the general waiting room and an additional 10-15 minutes in the patient room before I was seen by the doctor.
The team acknowledged that there was a delay getting in to see the Doctor. Each of the care team was professional, courteous, and a pleasure to deal with, and to ask questions. I have 150% confidence in Dr. Liu. She is impeccable and meticulous in her patient care and exam.

Froze something on the top of my head, must have dripped some liquid nitrogen on my forehead because later I fell moisture from a blister popping and have a circular wound on my forehead.

The team I saw (Meghan/PA, Elana/medical assistant, and Emily/check-in) were all very professional and efficient. Meghan was so kind and thorough, and explained everything in terms that were simple to understand, and Elana was a a wonderful and calming presence working along with Meghan. Emily made checking in easy and quick, too! I highly recommend this practice!
My appointment time was 5:15. I was brought back at 6:15. While I was in the waiting room I asked twice does the doctor know I’m here. When I was checking in I was never told they were running behind. When I got brought back I suggested they should call patients to let them know the office is running behind. I busted my ass to get there on time and then getting to me a hour later changed my night

The office is gorgeous..most important..Dr. Lou is exactly the doctor I was looking for. Extremely though and did a full body exam which is what should be done.. she spent the time and explained everything she was doing. Emily and Keira were wonderful too!

It was a very nice experience,I had to wait for about an hour and a half, though due to my being late for the appointment. I wonder if something could be done to speed up the process of checking in cases like mine. Probably not since there were a lot patients waiting for their turn to check in

Terrible service with this one. Not all dermatologists at Derick are good, but this one especially did not seem to care at all. As soon as she made up her mind, she appeared to stop listening. Most of the time I was interrupted before I could finish.

I told Meghan who now I see is a physician’s assistant not put liquid nitrogen on my nose as one of the possibilities of the treatment is scarring. She had the can in her hand and said this could be precancerous and went ahead although I said no. It looks as though it is scarring one week later. I had seen a physician previously at Derick who did a cut and biopsy. It did not scar.
