The staff were very deaf-friendly and willing to take time to answer my questions.
I was very scared I had cancer! Morgan was very sweet and reassured me that I shouldn’t worry! When Andrew the doctor came in I felt very sure he would tell me the truth! He told me that the lesion on my eye was not cancerous! I was relieved and he told me he would take care of it! It was not comfortable. But he warned me that it would hurt ! I had a good experience at your office!
Overall great experience. Professional and courteous staff. Dr. Johnson spent a great deal of time with me and made great suggestions for my future with Derek dermatology.
The Check-In person, Medical Assistant and Family Nurse Practitioner were very helpful in going through the whole process of completing my first appointment in the Geneva clinic.

Front desk staff was friendly, and our wait time was very short once we checked in. Our medical assistance, CJ, and PA, Katherine were kind and efficient.
This office is always clean and everyone is welcoming. Dr Johnson is phenomenal and CJ is caring and professional. Highly recommend this office.
