I came to Derick Dermatology feeling dismissed and under-informed elsewhere, and the difference has been significant. Abby delivered a difficult diagnosis with real compassion — honest about the range of outcomes, clear about next steps, & always pausing to make sure I had space for questions. She didn't sugarcoat anything, but she also didn't leave me feeling alone with scary information.
I was very pleased with how everything went. The procedure was explained in detail, so I was well informed. Every one was very nice. Abigail made sure I was doing okay during the procedure. Everything went really well.

I had a fabulous experience at DD with April and Taylor. They are both very caring, kind and professional. They answered all my questions and provided exceptional care when I experienced a bit of dizziness while having stitches removed. I would highly recommend working with them based on my experience.
Amazing team, Lauren is professional and knowledgeable, Taylor was in training and did a great job. No problems with check in process, friendly front desk. Highly recommend this office and practice.
I am new patient to Derick and my first visit was a very positive experience from start to finish. I was able to get in quicker than I had expected. Check in was very quick and easy. AMAZING PA and outstanding medical assistant. The medical assistant made me feel taken care of upon meeting her. The PA came in and I had no worries at all. I was worried about the biopsy, but she eased my worries and practiced on the side of caution even though biopsy may have not been needed. I appreciate it so much being in the medical field myself. Thank you guys so much!

I was really unsure of what to expect because I had never been to a dermatologist before. Walking in I noticed it was clean, beautiful and bright. Everyone was very friendly. I had a skin tag removed and it was quick and painless. While I was there I asked them to look at my scalp and she helped me with that too! I’m very thankful 💕
