Waited 40 min to be seen. The assistant wanted to run through a laundry list of medical conditions so fast, I could barely understand what she was saying. Doctor spent 5 min with me, no time to discuss any other concerns as this was a first visit. Prescription team could not forgive out for the life of them how to print my prescription as I was not interested in filling it on site so I left.

The staff at the Oakbrook Derick Dermatology is always wonderful. Dr. LaReau is simply amazing.

It was my first time with Derick Dermatology and it was a great experience. It was an easy check in process with a welcoming front staff. The waiting room and appointment room both very clean and modern. Dr. LaReau is fantastic! Thorough, took the time to explain everything, and great bedside manner. Divya was very efficient with intake, the check out process and is very personable and bubbly.

Vanessa and Isabelle were great! Especially Isabelle, she took the time to really get to know me. She moved at a comfortable pace...not trying to get speed through. I liked that. Kristen was wonderful as well, shr really took the time to get to know.my condition and was knowledgeable about my issues. She performed a quick procedure on my request and did it perfectly. I'm quite satisfied.

My health care team was very professional and caring. Appointment was handled in a timely fashion. The office is very clean and well organized. I have chosen Bailey each visit for my dermatology needs. Bailey is very knowledgeable and has helped tremendously. Thank you!

As usual, my overall experience was excellent! Doctor LaReau and her assistant, Khushi, were kind and helpful, addressing all my concerns quickly. I always feel in good hands with Dr LaReau and trust her ability to diagnose and treat my skin cancer issues quickly and painlessly. I am happy to refer friends and family to Derick Dermatology for their skincare needs.

Such a kind, caring, understanding and professional team. I was pretty nervous for this procedure and the team didn’t make me feel badly for feeling that was and were nothing but kind and reassuring.
