Waited 40 min to be seen. The assistant wanted to run through a laundry list of medical conditions so fast, I could barely understand what she was saying. Doctor spent 5 min with me, no time to discuss any other concerns as this was a first visit. Prescription team could not forgive out for the life of them how to print my prescription as I was not interested in filling it on site so I left.

It was my first time with Derick Dermatology and it was a great experience. It was an easy check in process with a welcoming front staff. The waiting room and appointment room both very clean and modern. Dr. LaReau is fantastic! Thorough, took the time to explain everything, and great bedside manner. Divya was very efficient with intake, the check out process and is very personable and bubbly.

Kristen was wonderful as well, shr really took the time to get to know.my condition and was knowledgeable about my issues. She performed a quick procedure on my request and did it perfectly. I'm quite satisfied.
