Everyone was very nice and helpful. Not a long wait time and took care of my problem.

After explaining my issue early in the morning, the girl on the phone assisted in reviewing other locations around me and was able to get me in the same day , this was so appreciated due to the pain that I was having.

Staff was very professional, kind, and eplained the process with great knowledge.

Everyone there is always amazing. Kelly knew right away what I had. I have now scheduled an appointment for August 25 with a ophthalmologist. One didn't have an opening until October. But I was told I need a special plastic optical surgeon since I have had it so long. Thank goodness you were able to get me in so soon.

Great experience at Derick. Simple, easy going and felt very comfortable.

As with each and every visit, the staff was warm and welcoming. The waiting area is comfortable and spotless and the interaction with Dr. DeNigris was exception as always.

I was disappointed that the provider I saw was not able to prescribe some medications. I went to a dermatologist for eczema, they were not able to prescribe Dupixent. I need to have a follow up with the doctor themselves. To be clear, everyone who helped me was great, it’s not their fault but the fault of the way the office operates. Why limit your providers and waste patient time?

The facility is super clean. Everyone is friendly and professional, from the receptionists to the providers. Answered all my questions and advice on next steps for any concerns I had. Both Donna and Allie were great.

Information asked for via electronically did not allow necessary access for answering and information asked for at the office was given too quickly for me to read or to reply easily. The medical side of the issues I had were professionally and courteously given.
