Dr. Amy Derick, M.D. has been awarded the 2015 Distinguished Service Award for Early Achievement by the Medical & Biological Sciences Alumni Association of the University of Chicago. In 2011, she received the Distinguished Graduate Award from Fremd High School for her achievements in medicine.
