I had a follow up appointment after two outpatient surgeries, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the care I received. From start to finish, the experience was professional, thorough, and reassuring. I am very grateful for the high-level of Care I received as well as the welcoming, efficient, and compassionate actions of the staff. I would highly recommend this practice.
On my post op visit, the area was red. I asked the very kind medical assistant to check with the doctor. He said if I wanted him to look at the area, it would be an office visit charge. The first visit after surgery should be included in the surgical fee.
The dermatologist and staff took the time to listen to my concerns. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with the treatments. I really appreciated how thorough and patient they were throughout the appointment.
