At our state-of-the-art facilities, we offer a full range of services to both adult and pediatric patients. We have appointments conveniently available between 7 am-7 pm on weekdays, and 7 am-12:30 pm on Saturdays at multiple convenient locations. Medical Services

At Derick Dermatology, we care for patients at any age, from newborns to the elderly. We offer a wide range of medical services to treat a variety of skin diseases. From your initial evaluation to diagnosis and creating a treatment plan, the professionally trained staff here at Derick Dermatology are here to help you every step of the way.

We can diagnose and treat an expansive list of skin conditions such as acne, warts, moles, cysts, lesions, rosacea, dermatitis, eczema, psoriasis, and more.

Acne Treatment – Acne can affect people of all ages. We provide acne treatment that is effective for both teenagers and adults. Acne treatments reduce infections and inflammation, improve the appearance of the skin, and prevent future outbreaks. Many treatment protocols are available for acne, such as antibiotics, birth control pills, retinoid cream, hormone therapy, exfoliation, light therapy, laser treatments, and more!

Surgical Services

Some skin problems require surgery, but there is no need to go to the hospital with several weeks of downtime. We can perform most surgeries in our office, and you can return home the same day. Most dermatologic surgeries are minimally invasive and only require local or regional anesthesia, reducing the downtime and recovery period.

Skin Cancer Treatment – We have Mohs surgeons in-house to diagnose and treat skin cancer with micrographic surgery or regular excisions if a patient requires more advanced surgery for treatment. Micrographic surgery is a procedure designed to treat and solve a patient’s skin problem resulting in minimal removal of skin tissue. For the duration of the medical condition, our trained specialists will be along with you providing personalized and professional care from beginning at your initial consult to the follow-up care at the end. In our office, some common surgical treatments are Mohs micrographic surgery, skin cancer excision, ear lobe repair, Pathology, and more.

Ear Lobe Repair – Stretched or torn earlobes usually happen from trauma or gauging. Trauma stretches the original piercing to an overly large hole or completely splits the earlobe. Earlobe repair for stretched or torn earlobes is a minor and straightforward surgical procedure. The surgery is completed on an outpatient basis, and a full recovery only takes about a week or two. Most surgeries are completed within one day.

The results are fast-acting and long-lasting than shaving, tweezing, or waxing. In most cases, laser hair removal can last up to several months.

CoolSculpting – Cleared by the FDA, this treatment is a non-invasive fat reduction technique to treat bulges and unwanted fat in certain areas of the body. When specific body areas go unaffected by diet and exercise, CoolSculpting is a great option to eliminate that unwanted fat caused by excess fat storage. Our board-certified dermatologists are trained to use this procedure to target fat under the chin or jawline along with many lower areas such as the back, upper arms, and abdomen.
